Brief Review
A unique animated take on the Spider-Man superhero, many different Spider-Man universes collide and multiple “Spider-People” must work together to save their universes. I promise you that the movie isn’t as confusing as that description is. It’s geared more towards kids, so it is actually an easy story to follow. Anyways, this movie genuinely surprised me. I originally wasn’t very interested in it, but I had heard good things about it so I decided to give it a shot. While I’m not pounding the table for everyone to rush out and go see it, I am glad that I saw it and it is worth a watch, especially for kids. It has a solid story, some pretty good humor and good action scenes. Watching it is kind of like watching a comic book. It stays true to its over-the-top comic book style which makes it fun to watch. It has thought bubbles and action words (POW!) that pop up which all just add to the movie. Overall I thought this was a solid movie, and although it is more geared towards kids, isn’t a bad watch.
