Brief Review
A Netflix original about a young girl and her teenage brother who try to film Santa and end up having to save Christmas. This is a fine addition to the Christmas movie genre, but there’s nothing exceptional about it. It is entertaining to watch, kind of heartfelt and kind of cute, but there’s nothing that makes me want to watch it every year. It really felt pretty similar to the Santa Clause movies with Tim Allen to me, I felt like I had already seen it. I will say that the best part of this movie is by far the little girl, she was great. Overall this movie is a fine Christmas movie, although it is fairly generic. It isn’t going into my yearly Christmas list, but I wouldn’t be upset to watch it again. Kind of in the middle.
