Brief Review

After a failed heist kills an entire team of con men, their widows are forced to take up the next job in order to pay off their husbands’ debts. This movie is actually fairly similar to Ocean’s 8, just R rated instead of PG-13. Unfortunately it suffers from all of the same issues that Ocean’s 8 does. The first half really drags, there’s a lot of individual story lines and in the end it just isn’t very memorable. You could essentially only watch the second half of this movie and it would probably be a better movie. The first half was really that boring and just made the movie way too long. Additionally, each character has their own individual story line going on, but none of them are really important and it is just a lot going on. I actually liked the characters and actors, but the story really lets this movie down. Overall I was disappointed by this one as it got pretty good reviews. I wouldn’t recommend it, there are plenty of other movies that are better to watch.
