Brief Review

The third movie in the Thor trilogy, Thor gets banished and must fight his way back in order to save his planet from his powerful sister. This is finally the first good Thor movie. The first two were largely forgettable and never really set an identity for the character. This one basically resets his character and brings a much more comedic look to him. Also you don’t really need to have seen the previous two movies to understand this one, which is nice because I wouldn’t want to re-watch them anyways. Even though it is a superhero movie, this is equal parts action and comedy. And while there’s definitely a lot of humor in it for an action movie, it works and just makes the movie a lot of fun. Overall this is a very fun and entertaining superhero movie that I think most people would enjoy. However, if you don’t like to have fun or laugh, you probably won’t like this one though.
