Brief Review
A live-action remake of Disney’s classic Beauty and the Beast. This movie goes back to the classic feel good Disney children’s movie. Not much was added or changed, so if you enjoyed the original, you will like this one. The special effects are good, the music is good and the cast all fit their role. Emma Watson is especially well cast as Belle, she fits the role perfectly. Some might complain that this movie didn’t add anything to the movie, while others will love how true it stayed to the original. I think this is a very good family movie that kids of all ages, especially girls will love. While Beauty and the Beast was never one of my favorite Disney classics, I definitely enjoyed this one and it is a solid addition to the list of Disney movies.
