Brief Review
A human who grew up as an elf in the North Pole sets off to New York City to find his biological father. Elf is a Christmas staple for me. I watch it every December and it is funny every time. There are plenty of family-friendly funny moments and while it is silly, it doesn’t ever feel too immature. It’s definitely appropriate for the whole family and one of the few movies that everyone will be able to enjoy. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this movie anytime throughout the year, but it is a definite during the holidays. I would go as far as saying it might be my favorite Christmas movie. Add it to your yearly holiday movie lineup.
